This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location couldn't have been better. It was situated in a very pleasant area, close to the metro, supermarket, restaurants, and shops. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the city and find everything I needed. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they spoke excellent English and were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel right at home. Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms were top-notch. The beds were comfortable, the showers were hot, and I had a convenient desk for my laptop. Plus, having breakfast included was a great bonus.

All was fantastic, no improvements needed.

Under the window of my room #214 the hotel (?) drivers chat loudly during the night. Since I like to open a little the window at night, their chat and laughter became a nuisance.

The hotel is extremely outdated. the carpets are dirty and need replacing, and the walls are thin, so it's noisy.

I had a great stay at this hotel located in a lovely and safe neighborhood, with access to transportation via a nearby metro stop. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and varied.
